AGAIN RETREAT · AUGUST 19–22, 2027
You can’t go back, but you can live again.
Four days to breathe, reconnect, try something new, and begin discovering what comes next.
Menucha Retreat & Conference Center · Corbett, Oregon
This isn’t a retreat where you sit and listen all day. At AGAIN, you’ll learn something, experience it, and put it into practice — so you leave with more than inspiration. You’ll leave with community, clarity, and a plan for what comes next.
FOR WOMEN NAVIGATING A BEFORE-AND-AFTER LIFE
Maybe life doesn’t look the way you thought it would.
AGAIN is a practical, faith-grounded space for women rebuilding after widowhood, divorce, loss, health changes, career shifts, and other major transitions. You do not need to have it all figured out. Come as you are, make room for what is true, and take one honest step toward what comes next.
The goal is not to get your old life back. It is to learn how to live the life in front of you.
THE AGAIN METHOD
A.G.A.I.N. is a way forward
A · Acknowledge
Recognize what has changed and how it has affected you. Naming what is true is not giving up. It is a place to begin.
G · Get to Know Who You Are Now
Rediscover who you are now: your identity, strengths, values, interests, needs, and what still matters to you.
A · Allow Others In
You do not have to rebuild alone. Open yourself to support, community, and healthy relationships.
I · Identify What’s Next
Give yourself permission to dream again. Consider what you want more of and what you want your life to look like now.
N · Navigate a Way Forward
Face what is holding you back, make intentional choices, and take steps toward your future.
THE RETREAT JOURNEY
A rhythm, not a rigid agenda
Each day offers a gentle focus, with room for reflection, connection, rest, and choice.

Arrive, settle in, and make space for what has changed.
Friday
Get to Know Who You Are Now + Allow Others In
Explore who you are now and connect with others who understand transition.
Saturday

Consider what matters now and shape tangible next steps.
Sunday
Moving Forward
Reflection, communion, the AGAIN bracelet experience, and a meaningful send-off.
You are allowed to try something new.
Choose the experiences that meet you where you are. You do not need to join every activity. This retreat makes room for small groups, worship, crafts and creative activities, hiking and exploring Menucha, pool time, paddleboarding, tennis, the labyrinth, Survivor’s Path, learning new skills, quiet reflection, meaningful conversations, time outdoors, rest, and trying something new.

MENIUCHA IN THE GORGE
A setting with room to breathe
Menucha Retreat & Conference Center offers Gorge views, welcoming gathering spaces, trails, views, and room to breathe. Let the landscape hold some of the noise while you reconnect with yourself, with God, and with what is possible.

CONNECTION & COMMUNITY
You don’t have to do this alone.
Connection here is natural, not forced. Through shared meals, small groups, meaningful conversations, worship, and unhurried time together, you can be with women who understand that life can change in an instant and still hold possibility.
Come as you are. Make room for laughter, honesty, quiet, and the kind of encouragement that helps you take the next step.

MEET MICHELLE BADER EBERSOLE
A faith-centered mentor for rebuilding life after everything changes
Michelle Bader Ebersole is an author, speaker, podcaster, educator, Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, founder of Widow Goals, and creator of the AGAIN Method.
After losing her husband, Luke, at 41 while raising three children, Michelle had to learn how to trust God in a life that looked nothing like the one she had planned. Through grief, change, and rebuilding, she discovered that moving forward does not mean leaving your story behind. It means allowing God to meet you in it and lead you into what comes next.
Today, Michelle helps people navigate loss and major life transitions through faith, honest conversations, practical tools, and meaningful community.
Her message is simple: your life may look different than you expected, but God is not finished with your story.
You can’t go back, but you can live again.
